Ken Pavia is my go to guy. Whether I need a main event or an under card fighter I know that MMAagents will deliver. Not only can I count on him for talent but also count on him to stand by his clients through the many problems that occur in the fight game. If there is a solution The Pav will find it, and has on numerous occasions.

While I keep odd hours no matter what time of day or night that I need him I can count on Ken to respond. "Our time" is routinely between 12AM and 3AM and we have spent many nights on the phone hammering out deals. He understands and respects the promoter's financial requirements and as such while he pushes the envelope in negotiations he is fair, rational, and reasonable.

Ken and his team, most notably his in-house attorney Nathan, are passionate about representing their clients. They truly care. Everywhere I go in this industry I seem to see someone from MMAagents, even Japan. They work extremely hard and their efforts are appreciated by Strikeforce.

I replaced Charles Barkley and Dwayne Wade on my T-Mobile "MyFaves" with Ken and Nate from MMAagents. When ever Tachi Palace Fights needs a big main event or under-card bouts, the MMAagents team is one of the first to get a call from our team.

Ken and his crew are always available and although they're one of the "Bigs" in the MMA world, they've never been too busy for our up-and-coming regional promotion. They've always returned paperwork, medicals, etc. in a timely matter and the staff has been a pleasure to work with. They understand and respect the goals of Tachi Palace Fights and Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino, have researched and have a vast knowledge of our area, venue, etc.

This is a no B.S. group to work with and they're as excited about our shows as we are.

From top to bottom they roster is impressive and Ken and his staff work aggressively and effectively for their clients. With that said, MMAagents
has also worked hard for our promotion, going the extra mile to ensure fair deals, great media relations, etc. In a business where everyone seems to be stepping on the next guy to get ahead, it's refreshing to have some one there to lend a hand.
