Joe graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. His expected MBA completion date is December 2010. He began as an intern with MMAagents during the summer of 2008. Since starting he has had the opportunity to immerse himself in the professional side of Mixed Martial Arts. His technical expertise and interpersonal abilities make him a valuable asset to all departments of the company.

Joe's passion for Mixed Martial Arts spawns from his life of training. Having studied a variety of martial arts in his youth, Joe realized the importance of the ground game after watching the first UFC. Shortly after starting Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Joe noticed the significance of wrestling and joined his high school wrestling team. Although he only wrestled his senior year, Joe frequently returns to the wrestling room to help coach and develop the team.
