As the Managing Agent and founder of MMAagents, Ken Pavia is primarily responsible for procuring opportunities for the fighters on the roster and recruiting new clients.  Ken received his Bachelors Degree at UCLA in 1989 and his law degree from the Miami School of Law in 1991.

Ken opened Fiduciary Management Group and began his career as a sports agent in 1992 primarily focusing on baseball and hockey before transitioning to the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.  After only five years of working in the field of Mixed Martial Arts, Ken now heads the largest and most successful MMA sports management company in the industry.

Ken fields calls literally around the clock securing opportunities for his clients both locally and internationally.  Additionally, Ken never hesitates to get on a plane to support our clients and be there to ensure everything gets handled properly.  Representing fighters is his career, and obsession and when he is not working it is his hobby.

When Ken does get away from work, he takes time to do guest lectures and seminars. His most recent lecture was at the USC Marshall School of Business.
